My friend ~arcanis-angelicus and I, just started an amateur photography group. #amateur-photog-chaos.
It's obviously small because it's just been made today, but we would both
absolutely love for you all to check it out and perhaps join. So far rules
are pretty lax and almost anything goes. It's going to be an awesome group
for just submitting and admiring art/artists that don't get the recognition
they deserve. If you have a deviation that you feel is worth seeing, so do we!

Please feel free to join and submit!

It's lovely, but if you are wanting to submit to the group, make sure you're a member first (if you are I apologize for not knowing right off we just have so many to keep up with) and then you go to our #lip-lovers page and click where it says gallery once that loads you'll find our categories there. This would be best suited for traditional drawings and paintings. Find that category and look to the far right of the category title and there will be a + sign. Click it, a menu should pop up for you to submit. =)

Makeup is included in our photography folder since it is something that is photographed to show it off. To keep from having 9 billion folders for the group, we roll several categories into one. =D Inside our folders you will find a description of what the folder should and should not contain. Description for the photography folder is:

Photography Folder
What belongs in this folder?
Photos of lips
Photos of lip related body art and makeup
General closeups and macro of lips
Pictures of lips with eyes cropped or covered by an object.

What does not belong in this folder?
Pictures of lips containing visible eyes
Anything not containing lips

:bulletred: Though as per our group rules, lips are the sole focus of the group so while a nose is okay in the photo or hands etc...eyes are not to be in the photo. We tried doing that for a while but started getting hundreds of submissions that had no focus what-so-ever on the lips and were solely focused on eyes which is in no way the point of the group - but as long as it's lip makeup without eyes involved feel free to submit it. =)

I just shortened the folder name to photographs so it will incorporate a wider range of things now.
